- Church/Ministry Branding Package $500 CAD
Communicate your church/ministry mission with coherent and beautiful branding. Package includes questionnaire to gather details about the church/ministry branding desires/preferences, and up to 3 revisions on each of the included design items • logo design (includes vector file as well as high quality png and jpg files) • colour palette • social media graphics (profile/cover images for Facebook and Twitter - graphics for other social media available upon request) • stationary design • business card design
- Small Website Package $1000 CAD
• up to 5 pages (for example: home page, about us page, events/calendar page, blog, contact us page) • does not include hosting, domain name, logo/branding, website care, and content creation (although I can help to give direction in obtaining things like hosting and a domain name)
- Medium Website Package $1800 CAD
• up to 10 pages (for example: home page, about us page, events/calendar page, blog, contact us page, various ministry or landing pages, Bible study sign-up page, church youtube channel page, etc.) • does not include hosting, domain name, logo/branding, website care, and content creation (although I can help to give direction in obtaining things like hosting and a domain name)
- Large Website Package $3500 CAD
• up to 25 pages (for example: home page, about us page, events/calendar page, blog, contact us page, various ministry or landing pages, Bible study sign-up page, church youtube channel page, etc.) • does not include hosting, domain name, logo/branding, website care, and content creation (although I can help to give direction in obtaining things like hosting and a domain name)
- Website Care Packages $89 to $299 CAD per month
Help to eliminate the stress of ongoing website care. Plans include daily website and database backups, access to a WordPress training video library, installation of WordPress/plugin updates, a detailed monthly website report, and monthly support time (for dealing with website problems, changing/adding content, etc.). - Membership Website Login Add-On $2000 CAD
Do you want your church members to be able to log in to a members-only area of the website to access restricted content and/or to communicate with each other? It might be a church volunteer schedule or a membership directory or board meeting minutes, etc. If so, this is the add-on package for you!
- Sermon Audio Podcasting Add-On $500 CAD
Provide access to the audio from your church sermons on your website and allow people to subscribe to the podcast feed of these sermons. Additional audio file hosting costs may be applicable.

NOTE: All Rocky View Web church/ministry website packages use WordPress as the foundational CMS (Content Management System). Your church or ministry will be provided with at least one administrator login and other logins as needed for the church webmaster, pastor, administrator, etc. These logins will allow specified individuals to log in to the website from virtually any modern internet connected computer to update/add website content, etc. The first 30 days of website support after the website is determined to be complete will be included for free with any website package. If support is desired beyond these 30 days, an optional website care plan is recommended. Support is also available at an hourly rate. After the included 30 days of included website support, any changes made by the church/ministry (staff, volunteers, etc.) that break website design or functionality are the responsibility of the church/ministry. Backups of the website and database are highly recommended. Backups are included as part of the optional website care plans.
